Magens Bay

Magens Bay is the most famous tourist destination on St. Thomas island because of its protection by hills making the water calm and ideal for swimming and floating. Also, it stretches wide, giving you plenty of choices to park and walk around with your family.  Currently, the beach is managed by the semi-independent Magen's Bay Authority. The beach features a unique and safeguarded sand beach extending for about 1.4 kilometers, giving a perfect view of the surrounding palm trees and green hills. The beach offers an excellent gathering place for both locals and visitors.
