Limetree Beach is located on the Southside of St. Thomas. The beach used to be shared by Bluebeard’s Beach Club; however, the 2017 hurricanes destroyed the beach and the club. The beach has been having renovations, and it is now operational. Currently, the beach is being shared by Lime Tree resort which took over after hurricanes destroyed the beach. To access the beach, you will have to walk through the new resort. The security guards here are friendly, and should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. The crystal-blue waters offer fantastic snorkeling. The soft white sand is perfect for sunbathing and laying while observing the morning sun rays. Its size explains the beauty of the beach as it is not big nor small.

Available amenities include bathrooms, parking, swimming, food vendors, and snorkeling. To watch sea life creatures, hire snorkel gears from the dealers. You will not miss viewing turtles and fish while snorkeling. Snacks, drinks, and food are available. Even though the beach is not large, there are several parking slots at the resort, which is also the main entrance. Limetree is a public beach, and therefore there is no entry fee.
